How’s everybody doing, this is your Okeechobee fresh water bass fishing charters with Capt Brian today We went out of the South end of the Lake down outta slims fish camp and we had an artificial trip with Chad, father Dennis and brother-in-law and they came in from Oklahoma, and they wanted to get out and do a little fishing on lake Okeechobee and see what its all about so we met at slims then we headed out for a 6 hour day today and In the morning was a little different we weren’t sure what to expect course you know everybody wants come to Sunny Florida, and we do get rain in the wintertime and we had some rain come in and it was overcast and cloudy for about the first 3 hours of the day, and chad put it on pretty good with the swim Jig. and he pretty much put it on for everybody else, I was trying to flip around a big bites stick worm and the other guys were throwing some swim baits up on top although the fish just didnt seem to want to come up and get them off the top, chad was keeping his swim jig just down under the surface little bit worked the best and finally the sun popped out and we got everybody getting bites. It was a pretty good day overall we must have caught probably 20 25 fish., it was just another good fishing day this has been your Okeechobee fresh water bass fishing charters with Capt Brian looking to stretch some line with you.
