Kissimmee River Fishing Charter on Lake Okeechobee for Florida Bass

Kissimmee River Fishing Charter

Kissimmee River Fishing Charter

Each destination on Lake Okeechobee has incredible things to offer. Florida Bass Fishing has been exceptional on Lake Okeechobee this season. A Kissimmee River fishing charter can help provide you with a true outdoor experience.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Bill and Mike. They were traveling from Central Florida to experience what Lake Okeechobee had to offer. Okeechobee City was the closest location to them. The North End is an excellent destination to catch quality largemouth bass.

We adventured out for a quick 4 hour fishing trip. Wild caught live shiners were the most effective using 4 dozen of them. We focused mainly on the Kissimmee River. During this fishing trip, the Gut or Pass was the most effective location.

The bass started to bite later than expected. Even though, we still caught several quality fish. Bill and Mike landed a 4.5, 4.7 and the biggest at 5 pounds. You can’t beat the action down here on Lake Okeechobee.

I am looking forward to fishing with Bill and Mike again in the future. Don’t miss out on your fishing adventure in Florida next time visiting!

Double Bass Fishing Adventure while Florida Fishing Lake Okeechobee

Double Bass Fishing Adventure

Florida is one of the best places in the nation to come catch largemouth bass. Enjoy Double Bass Fishing Adventure next time you are visiting the state. Lake Okeechobee is starting to produce great fishing trips.

On my first trip out, I had the pleasure of fishing with Tyler and his Dad Greg. They wanted to explore Lake Okeechobee while the fishing conditions were clean and clear. We fished out of Harney Pond near the North End.

The bite was active the whole trip and they caught 50 largemouth bass. Water temperatures were at 75 degrees. Bass are continuing to transition to the flats to spawn. They had a blast catching Florida Largemouth bass with a giant in the boat weighing close to 7 pounds.

After this trip, I went out in the afternoon with Patty and Paul. They wanted to explore Lake Okeechobee during a late day bite. Fishing was great again with a lot of action.

Top water baits, flukes and speed worms near milfoil grass flats were effective in catching the largemouth bass. They caught some great numbers weighing up to 3 pounds.

Unfortunately they had a big one on and it broke us off. Don’t miss out on the action on Lake Okeechobee as it begins to pick up. We had a great time and I am looking forward to fishing with these people again soon!

Repeat Big Bass Fishing while Florida Fishing Lake Okeechobee

Repeat Big Bass Fishing

If you are looking for a fishing trip of a lifetime catching largemouth bass, Lake Okeechobee is the place to go. Repeat Big Bass Fishing is one of the most exciting ways to get out in the outdoors here in Florida.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Kim and Donnie. They are repeat clients of mine that love to bass fish when on vacation here in Florida. We fished out of Okeechobee City on the North end of the Lake.

Fishing can be highly unpredictable here in Florida but always ends strong. We had a slow start to our day and the bite kicked on at around 10 am. Wild caught live shiners were the most effective technique.

Kim and Donnie caught 25 largemouth bass with the biggest coming on the last cast weighing 6.8 pounds. Kim always catches a bigger fish than Donnie when they come out. He is never happy about it.

The Pass on the north end was the most productive spot. Bass Fishing has been great and there is even better to come.

I look forward to fishing with Kim and Donnie again. Don’t miss out on your adventure here on Lake Okeechobee.
